Q. I would like to add some color to my ceiling because I have Faux painted walls. What colors does TEXTURITE offer?
A. A TEXTURITE ceiling can be any color you imagine. We have samples of the most popular colors and are more than happy to stop by and show them to you.

Q. Can you TEXTURITE any type of ceiling or wall?
A. Yes, some of the most common ceilings are known as: popcorn, painted, knockdown, stipple and splatter. We can TEXTURITE any of
them. We use a different process on the walls, but again...We can TEXTURITE any type of wall, whether it has been painted or wallpapered.

Q. How long does it take to do the ceiling and walls of an average sized room?
A. Most of the time is spent preparing the room and cleaning up afterwards. The entire process for a 12' x12' room can be finished in less than 5 hours.

Q. What if I need to patch my TEXTURITE finishes in the future?
A. A popcorn ceiling CAN NOT be patched without the patched area standing out. TEXTURITE finishes are specifically designed to be low maintenance. The unique make-up up of this product allows you to easily patch and repair your Tuscany finish if it does become damaged by water leaks or other causes.

Q. I like my popcorn ceiling so why should I change it?
A. Most homes in America were built with popcorn ceilings, because it was an affordable process and easy way for builders to put some kind of texture on the ceiling. That's the upside. The downside is all of the dust, smoke, grease and cobwebs that your popcorn ceiling attracts. If you have ever tried to sweep your ceilings to clean them, you know what a mess it is. A TEXTURITE ceiling can easily be swept clean of all the dust and cobwebs that may collect on it, without flaking or shedding.

Q. I have had a TEXTURITE ceiling for five years now and I just want to change the color of it, is this possible?
A. Unlike a popcorn ceiling, a TEXTURITE ceiling can easily be repainted with a regular roller when you decide to change colors.

Q. How much will it cost?
A. In most cases, it is very comparable to quality painting. It is difficult however to give a standard price per square foot, as there are a host of factors that influence the total cost, such as high ceilings, skylights, irregular construction, the amount of damage repair, etc. We can give you an over-the-phone estimate, but a quick visit, with samples, by one of our estimators will give you an exact price.

Q. How do I prepare my home or office before you arrive?
A. You should remove any knick-knacks or items of value, because everything will be bagged off with plastic. Anything on the walls can stay up, and most items can stay in the room. Our crews will move all heavy furniture, TV, stereos, etc., and move them back upon completion.

Q. Do I need to move out for the night?
A. No, you do not need to find a place to stay for the night. If a job takes more than one day your home will be completely cleaned that evening and a fresh start will take place the next morning.

Q. Does the texture need to be painted after it is applied?
A. No, everything will be done by the TEXTURITE crew.

Q. Is your company licensed and fully insured?
A. Yes, we are licensed and fully insured.
